This pack contains all of the SPICE n ADVICE that you need to create the perfect Lababdar curry, in the comfort of your own home.

We have thoroughly researched and tested every one of our dishes to ensure we bring you the most authentic and delicious recipes available, enabling you to create meals, normally only associated with expensive restaurants and at a fraction of the price.

All the herbs, spices and seasonings have been personally selected, blended and sealed for optimum freshness and aroma
Step 1. Add the onion and cashew nuts to a pan of boiling water and simmer for 5 minutes, drain and leave to cool slightly then add spice mix1 blend with 2 tbps of water.

Step 2. Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat and add spice mix 2, fry of 30 seconds.

Step 3. Now add the onion mix frying for 10 minutes. (If the mixture starts to stick just add a little water)

Step 4. Add spice mix 3 along with the tomato puree, mix well and cook for 10 minutes.

Step 5. Now add spice mix 4 to the pan, stir well. Turn the heat to low and add the natural yogurt, stir constantly so it does not split.

Step 6. Add 120ml of water along with spice mix 5, simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 7. Now add your meat or veg simmer until cooked through. take off the heat stir through the cream.

Serve with Spicenadvice Indian Pilau Rice and Naan Bread
