Step 1. Fry the onions until brown, about 10 minutes and transfer to a plate.

Step 2. In the same pan add spice mix 1 along with the garlic and fry for 30 seconds.

Step 3. Add the lemon juice and yogurt and stir well.

Step 4. Add spice mix 2 stir well and simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 5. Add the reserved onion, single cream and spice mix 3. Stir well then add the chicken or paneer, simmer until chicken is cooked through or paneer is warmed through.

Serve with rice
