Vindaloo Spice Kit

This pack contains all of the SPICE n ADVICE that you need to create the perfect Vindaloo curry, in the comfort of your own home.

We have thoroughly researched and tested every one of our dishes to ensure we bring you the most authentic and delicious recipes available, enabling you to create meals, normally only associated with expensive restaurants and at a fraction of the price.

All the herbs, spices and seasonings have been personally selected, blended and sealed for optimum freshness and aroma

4 tbsps white wine vinegar

500g meat of your choice (traditionally Pork Shoulder)

4 tbsp of oil

1 large onion, finely chopped

2-3 medium potatoes, cut into 1.5” cubes

1 tbp of chopped fresh coriander

Step 1. In a large bowl combine spice kit 1 with the white wine vinegar. add the meat and mix until throughly coated. Set to oneside (leave chicken for 30mins, Pork or Lamb benefits from longer marinating).

 

Step 2. In a large saucepan heat the oil over a medium heat, add the onions and fry until soft. (5 to 10 minutes).

 

Step 3. Add the marinaded meat along with spice mix 2. Mix well.

 

Step 4. Add the warm water along with the potatoes. Bring to the boil then simmer gently until meat and potatoes are throughly cooked.

 

Step 5. Add the chopped coriander and serve with rice and naan.
