Chef's Suggestion

Pan fry Salmon fillets until cooked from the bottom to the middle of the fillet. 

Place the fillets under a red-hot grill until cooked from the top to the middle. 

Remove the fish skin and serve with the Makhani sauce and Indian Pilau Rice.
