I Medium Onion Finely Sliced
1 tbsp Tomato Puree
225g Button Mushrooms, Chopped

Step 1. Heat the oil over a medium heat and fry the onions until they are lightly browned.

Step 2. Lower the heat and add one of the spice mixes fry for 2 minutes.

Step 3. Add the tomato puree, mushrooms along with 2 tbsp of water. Simmer for 10 minutes
