Step 1. Heat oil in a pan over a minimum heat and add spice mix 1, fry for 30 seconds.

Step 2. Add the onions to the pan and fry until they are soft.

Step 3. Now add the tomatoes and tomato puree, stir well and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 4. Add the water and simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 5. In a separate pan, heat 1tbsp of oil and add spice mix 2, fry for 30 seconds then add to the curry.

Step 6. Add the cream and stir and simmer for 10 minutes. Season to taste.

Serve with Spicenadvice Indian Pilau Rice and Naan Bread
